LPG cylinders

Among all previously mentioned applications, LPG Propane use in cylinders for fork lifts could be highlighted based on our positive experience.

In-house (warehouse) use of gasoline and diesel engine for fork lifts is avoided more and more, therefore LPG is ideal fuel for gasoline substitution (non toxic LPG combustion products such as CO2 an H2O can be obtained with minimum fork lift installation reconstruction). LPG cylinders can be simple installed and uninstalled on forklift.

Also, in comparison with battery powered fork lifts, LPG powered fork lifts have absolute autonomy (empty bottle can be easy replaced with full one in a few minutes), as well as stabile “steady in ready” power (batteries are losing power by time of use, leading to sudden stop in a middle of cargo lifting).

As addition, LPG Propane, as higher quality fraction of refined hydrocarbons, do not chock engine fuel nozzles, enabling steady engine functionality (no “hiccup” of engine and sudden stop, no package collapse from the forklift).

ButanGas LPG cylinders are made of high quality steel. They are safe, easy to handle, and easy to transport. They are tested and filled in our high-tech plants, in compliance with the regulations and the highest environmental safety standards.

The cylinders are filled with liquid-state LPG. At the end of this process, the cylinder is weighed and subjected, first, to a further quality check to verify the presence of any leaks, then to a quantity check to verify the filling compliance with current regulations.

In fact, each cylinder is equipped with a seal cap which certifies the verification, control and approval for sale by the ButanGas plants.

All cylinders are tested every 10 years, verified by an authorized third party, certifying body in Republic of Serbia that certifies the test has taken place by punching the stamp on the collar.

After use, the customer must return the cylinder to the authorized dealer from which he purchased it. Only doing so is it possible to carry out the necessary safety checks and allow for any new and correct refilling.

Important notice: Irregular bottle filling by unauthorized filling facility is not only forbidden by the current Law (foreseen are administrative penalties and criminal procedures), but it is very dangerous.
